Turf Area...
The turf area here at All Sport Academy is 60' x 140' with retractable nets to give us 20' sections. Each section can be used for batting practice, throwing, individual speed work with the speed ladders, etc. With all the nets pulled open you can play soccer, have 140' to
long toss, hit ground balls, do sprints, the possibilities are endless...
Weight Room...
The weight room at All Sport Academy has the tools you need to get ready for your season. Free weights, machines, cardio machines, dumbbells, lifting platform for doing Olympic style lifts or power cleans (coming soon).
Our strength coach and personal trainer, J.R. Papernik, brings over 10 years of strength and conditioning experience working with athletes of all skill levels, youth, middle school, high school, collegiate, Olympic and professionals.
